Shipping terms
Delivery
All shipments include a tracking number. Our goods are usually sent from a distribution warehouse in Europe or China. Normal practice at Maaz.no is that the goods are sent out the next working day, unless it is high season, empty stock or something else that affects operations. The package will be sent to your given address and will either be delivered to your post office or post box if possible.
Shipping and handling time
- Standard shipping: Delivery time of 6-12 working days. Shipping is free for orders over NOK 500, but costs NOK 49 for orders under NOK 500.
- Express shipping (NOK 199): Delivery time of 3-7 working days.
Maaz.no reserves the right to charge the customer with the cost of the mailing.
Misdelivery or transport damage
Should we deliver the wrong quantity or the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the error. Send in your return or dispatch note with information about the error, and attach any wrongly delivered goods in their original packaging.
