Shipping terms

Delivery
All shipments include a tracking number. Our goods are usually shipped from a distribution warehouse in Europe or China. Normal practice at Maazshop.com is that the item is sent out the next working day, unless it is high season, empty stock or something else that affects operations. The package will be sent to your stated address and will either be delivered to your post office or post box if possible.

Shipping and processing time

• Standard shipping: Delivery time of 6-12 working days. Shipping is free for orders over NOK 500, but costs NOK 49 for orders under NOK 500.

• Express shipping (NOK 199): Delivery time of 3-7 working days.

Package not received and similar
If a package is sent back due to an incorrect address or the like, Maazshop.com reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of sending it.

Wrong delivery or transport damage
Should we deliver the wrong quantity or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the error. Send in your return or dispatch note with information about the error, and attach any incorrectly delivered goods in their original packaging.
